The room fell into an eerie silence as Pastor Mike collapsed to the ground.

“Is this the man you call a pastor? Someone who lacks even a shred of spiritual power? Woe unto you and your God,” the Queen Mother taunted, her smile gleaming with victory.

“Let’s leave this place, Emeka,” she said to him, but Emeka stood still, his face emotionless.

“What have you done to my son, you wicked woman?” Mama Emeka cried, rushing toward Cassandra.

Just then, the Queen Mother pulled out a cow horn, ready to strike, when suddenly, Pastor Mike rose from the ground.

“Woe unto you if you believe you can destroy me with that!” Pastor Mike’s voice rang with authority. “I belong to the Lord, and I am an overcomer.”

“I’ve given you both enough time to confess your wicked deeds, but since you remain defiant, your time is up.”
The Queen Mother’s confident smirk faded as Pastor Mike stood tall, his eyes burning with righteous fury.

“You think your dark powers can stand against the Almighty?” Pastor Mike said, his voice resonating throughout the room. “In the name of Jesus, I command you to release your hold over this family!”

The Queen Mother’s hand, still clutching the cow horn, began to tremble. She took a step back, but her pride wouldn’t let her retreat fully. She raised the horn higher, defiance glinting in her eyes.

“Confense now or…

Or what? You’re nothing but a weak man hiding behind your false god,” she spat, trying to regain control.

Before she could strike, Pastor Mike lifted his hand, and a powerful force emanated from him. The horn flew out of the Queen Mother’s hand and shattered to pieces in midair. Emeka’s expression shifted for the first time, confusion clouding his face as he watched.

“You’ve used fear and manipulation for too long,” Pastor Mike continued, his voice unwavering. “But today, it ends. In the name of Jesus, every evil work you’ve done against this family is broken!”

The Queen Mother let out a desperate shriek, clutching her chest as if in immense pain.

“I’ll confess! Please don’t kill me. I promise to confess everything,” she pleaded.

“First, I manipulated Cassandra into deceiving Emeka and dragging him into the sugar world. She never wanted Emeka to be part of it; she truly loved him. Even when I tried convincing her to give Emeka to other sugar mummies for a night, she refused. Seeing how determined she was to keep him out of it, I went to a powerful dibia in a distant village. He gave me a charm that twisted Cassandra’s heart, forcing her to lure Emeka into the sugar world.”

She paused, her breath shaky, before continuing, “It wasn’t just about Emeka’s… physical attributes. He has a bright future, a star that shines so brightly. I wanted to destroy everything and leave him in ruins. Even the blood we made him drink during the initiation—it was cursed. In two years, it would make him go mad, and everyone would blame Cassandra, not me.”

A stunned silence fell over the room. Everyone was shocked, even the prayer warriors, speechless and frozen in disbelief.

Cassandra stood in shock, unable to process what she had just heard.
