Jason Kelce's Multi Million Dollar Real Estate Portfolio

One of the few holdovers from the Eagles’ previous Super Bowl-winning team is the man who hikes the ball to Hurts. Kelce has been an offensive lineman for 12 years and has deep roots in the area.

In January 2018, Kelce acquired a gorgeous four-bedroom home in the town of Haverford, PA, for $680,000. Kelce got a great deal on the stone home on an acre property, which was priced for $800,000 in May 2017.

Two years later, he paid $3.96 million for a four-bedroom home right next door on a large eight-acre lot. Jason purchased a small three-unit rental property in Cleveland for $160,000 in 2018, about one block from the shore.

Jason Kelce also made a move out east last summer, spending $2.2 million on a four-bedroom property on the Jersey Shore. Kelce’s three-story condo is located in Sea Isle City, about a block from the ocean.

According to the ad, the property may generate more than $75,000 in rental revenue every season due to its modernized furnishings, various decks, and breathtaking views. Nevertheless, rather of renting it to the Eagles fans who adore him, he is expected to spend the most of his summers there.

While he isn’t getting rental revenue from his Jersey Shore house, the Ohio native does own a small three-unit rental property near Cleveland that he acquired in August 2018 for about $160,000.

The historic brick home from 1905, according to the listing, has been split into many sections and has a stable history of earning rental revenue.
